TEDxSingapore 2025: Global Idea Search
This year, alongside our main stage experience, we will be hosting TED’s Global Idea Search. Out of the TEDx communities around the world, our team has been chosen as 1 of only 9 stops worldwide for this global campaign to surface local ideas for TED’s flagship stage in 2026. It’s a milestone that puts Singapore on the global map of ideas. Come be part of a gathering that celebrates imagination, and the power of ideas worth spreading, from Singapore to the world.
From Grandma’s Kitchen
On 19th July 2025, a crowd gathered for an intimate Salon in the Esplanade’s Black Room. Set against the stunning evening skyline, the Salon was a stirring celebration of heritage, imagination, and identity that crosses generations, shown through our food.
TEDxSingapore: Open House 2025
What started off as an idea to share our exclusive merchandise with our community soon became an afternoon full of exciting gatherings of memories, people and ideas. Initially we wanted our community to have the opportunity to get their hands on our exclusive merchandise which were only available during certain events.
The Spaces Between
From mainstage talks, community experiences, and spaces for conversations, “The Spaces Between” was our 2023 flagship gathering of minds and souls. It was an exploration of what it means for the scientists, the artists and the explorers in all of us.
Block Party
“Block Party" is a celebration of the Singapore Sound, bringing together a stellar lineup of local artists, cultural performances, and engaging community activities. Our first edition of "Block Party" was an open-air concert in the Jurong District, organised alongside an open rehearsal session to dive into the artists’ journeys.
TEDxYouthSingapore: Unapologetically You
“Unapologetically You” isn’t just a talk show - it’s an experience
Curated by TEDxSingapore Youth Team, this event is by the youths, for the youths - a space where stories, perspectives and bold conversations come alive. Join us as we explore how today’s youths embraces identity in a world that’s constantly shifting. Here you will be seen, heard and empowered to show up fully - without fears, filters or feeling the need to fit in.

TEDxSingapore Live Screening
Our TEDNext screening was intentionally intimate and cozy within our office walls. A mix of handpicked talks streamed live along with fun and engageful ice breakers quickly filled the evening with meaningful conversations and laughter. What started off as a “trial run” to explore the TEDNext content together with our community quickly turned into a memorable night filled with laughter, shared reflections and even a round or two of icebreaker games.
Telling Time 2024
As we explored the flow of time. From the echoes of the past to the realities of today and the possibilities of the future, we delved into what time truly means to us.
The Roving Library
"The Roving Library" celebrates our vibrant local literature scene, spotlighting authors, poets, and playwrights who enrich our community with their stories. Each session features intimate discussions, readings, and performances to deepen appreciation of Singapore's literary arts, creating a platform to honour and preserve our literary voices for future generations.
Little Big Stories
“Little Big Stories” was a series of storytelling programmes rooted in the sense of community. Alongside the National Library Board, we gathered stories worth telling for everyone from young to old, and sparked off a keen and lasting love for stories in our community from our heartlands.
